At BĀMBA Swim, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer returns for store credit on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with hygiene liners and tags firmly attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your swimwear in its original BĀMBA packaging, ensuring the garment is unworn, unwashed, and includes all original tags.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an automated email containing your BĀMBA store credit code to use on your next purchase.
